"We had team work to do at Syracuse U, and not only was this location convenient, it had all the amenities, was super clean, and the staff was on spot every day. If I had to ding anything it would be the size and layout of the gym, but they had all I needed and it was empty when I went, so it worked."

"Outstanding!"

"Even though it was under renovations our room was wonderful and the staff was very nice and friendly. The only criticism would be the coffee and tea that was available 24/7 in the lobby - it was always cold when we went to have a cup- once in the evening as well as in the morning. Great location as well."

"Room was spotless. Laundry on site, affordable. Staff at check in were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot and delicious."

"Great location. Clean. Friendly, helpful front desk staff. “Tailgate” drinks in the lobby during parents weekend."

"Need to do something about the people hanging out in the parking lot partying/drinking"

"Loved the spacious room and friendly and helpful staff. Took food from downstairs to eat in the room. The price was reasonable for the room."

"Convenient location to the airport. Their shuttle is convenient and the staff is awesome"

"Well maintained"

"Quaint hotel, clean room with fridge & microwave. Our room was in great condition, clearly renovated in the past year or so. The bathroom was nice too. Nothing that stands out, but it was in good condition, clean and with plenty of hot water. The bottled water, fresh fruits and snacks were a nice and welcomed touch. Coffee & mini muffins are available at reception every morning too."

"Room condition was poor."

"Estacionamiento"

"ห้องพักกว้างสะอาด แต่ เก่า พนักงานสุภาพ ช่วยเหลือดี"

"My only complaint was the shower flooded the entire bathroom floor."
