"perfect, a great place for overnighting in El Paso"

"Check in was terrible. Front desk staff rude. Room was not ready at check in. Staff left me standing around waiting to be checked in but never said to come back after room was ready. I overheard another lady try to check in with someone else and she actually told that guest sorry and offered the bar or food as an option while waiting. The lady helping me was typing like she was checking me in but after standing there for 10 minutes and me asking her if she was almost done with my information she got rude and said i can’t check you in until room is ready. She could have said that from the beginning. Very poor service "

"The staff was very welcoming. A big plus was the ability to walk 5 minutes from the airport to the hotel. The property can definitely use an upgrade though. Its very out dated. The water slide is seasonal. So you may need to call there before booking if you want to use the waterslide. The powdered eggs for breakfast was not good at all. "

"We were able to walk the mall, eat dinner at Toro Burger Bar, and go to a park all within a 15 mile radius of the hotel. The room was clean, but the only thing is one of the toilets was not flushed properly but we could tell it was clean. Overall it was a good stay. "

"The first one I stayed in was missing a bult lock and the smoke detector was missing w wires coming out .. then I moved rooms to a whole other one w the same issue. It was 2am I was to tired to get another room or complain.. the second room light glitched wasn't cleaned right was missing things inside like toilet paper all half way used. Complete nightmare didn't even sleep well at all"
