"El lugar está alejado del centro sin embargo tiene una vista hermosa al Lago Argentino. Si te gusta caminar haces 1 hora al centro. El hotel está super bonito y todo el personal muy amable, Laura y Cristian de recepción siempre dispuestos a ayudar y solucionar cualquier situación. "Overall, it was a comfortable stay at the hotel which was conveniently located near the bus terminal. Staff was friendly and responsive to queries on what to do in the surrounding area. Areas of improvement include 1. Use of heavy room keys was an inconvenience 2. "Genuinely loved this place! Found it accidentally and was surprised how nice it was! Also the people/staffs and the atmosphere was incredible! Wish we'd stayed longer but would definitely choose the same place if we ever came back to El Calafate again!"

"Very clean!! nice atmosphere!!! Walking distance to bus terminal / supermarket You can make a seat reservation for bus to Moreno Glacier at the hostel(without extra cost) Possible to walk to El Calafate downtown(10-15mins), but when late night, there is a part of the way which has no lights"

"This hotel is a nice inexpensive option for a room that we needed to stay at for 1 night as we had traveled from El Chalten after hiking Fitz Roy. Staff was really helpful with check-in and everything we needed. Even offered to help carry luggage upstairs. Hotel is not really downtown and requires a car to go out to eat etc (5 minutes drive). The night we stayed it was really windy and we could hear the wind howling around our bathroom window. No worries, as we were really tired and slept...
