So Sorry that you felt your room was dirty. Upon inspections with our staff it was found that your room was indeed not dirty. I understand there were some issues with your booking and you had thought we had a pool. We took our pool out 15 years ago and have created a new state of the art fitness center and an amazing well needed meeting room. We recently did an remodel and update of the hotel and welcome you to come back. As you will see in the previous reviews, our hotel staff is top of the line and very welcoming. We wish you only the best in your travels and well wishes.

Wonderful stay
From checking in to leaving I felt acknowledged. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was delicious. I want to thank the staff for a wonderful stay.

Hi Donna,Thank you for the kind words. I was not happy with the tv being out either. I called the company and there was nothing we could do on our end. The whole city was having issues with tv streaming with that company. Hope to see you again soon so we can provide you exceptional service again, with TV.

We've stayed here often. The staff are fantastic; nice, helpful, friendly and I've always enjoyed working with them. The rooms are clean and beautiful but small. There is a fantastic breakfast. It's a very nice place to stay.

Road work complicated getting there and then the room we were sent to had unmade beds. The desk clerk was very nice but were smells of smoke in the hallway too.

It was away from busy traffic but a close drive to restaurants. Lady who checked us in was super nice. Beakfast was great...more than just fruit, oatmeal, cereal, and yogurt. Waffle maker, bagels, eggs, sausage, biscuits/gravy.

The breakfast was great both mornings, which is always a plus for my family as we are usually staying at hotels during softball tournaments and aren't in our room much more than to shower and sleep. There was a light out in our room and there was a tear in the plaster on the bathroom ceiling, but other than that our stay was great.
