The place was disgusting the room was not clean. Hair all over in the bathroom and the unit smelled like garbage.

I enjoyed the stay. My only issue was that I had no ironing board, iron or Blow dryer. But I loved having the full kitchen setup.

Thank you for taking time to tell us about the smoking room you booked. The room was inspected, and no issue was found with the bed or room cleanliness. The did have a smell of cigarettes, due to the fact that this is a smoking room. thank again for sharing your experience. The staff at the desk was sweet and helpful. We dtarted with room 127 which had snot and clogged sink, then room 125 bathroom door was broke then room 103 wasnt clean and room 118 bed was broken and at that point just went to bed n left next day no hotel staff available 24/7 only during specified time and if you plan to arrive after 7pm u wont even get the room

This hotel is perfectly suited for transients people came in and out with their clothing and garbage bags we waited 10 minutes for someone to come to the desk to check us in we got to the room open the door and the smell was disgusting & it looked like something out of World War II Shelter. DO NOT go there. I immediately called Expedia and told him to find me someplace else we didn’t even put our bags down. I’m shocked that Red Roof allows their name to be part of this place. I’ve never had any major problems with red roof; they’re not four-star but they’re certainly not this

Never book this place. They have bugs all over the room. There is dust on the beds and pillows. It smells like straight cigarettes. We checked in and immediately checked out. This place should not be certified as an available place to stay. HORRIBLE!

The lady checking me in was friendly. They were still cleaning my room when I walked to my room. That wasn’t a big deal, but didn’t do a very good job cleaning. Cigarette burns all over the side of the bathtub when the room is suppose to be non smoking. Cabinet door hanging off. Inside cabinets were dirty, and looked like something was splattered all over the outside of the fridge door. I killed about 15 roaches! There was an alarm going off every half an hour. If I had money to leave and go to a different hotel I would have! I won’t ever stay here again!

Find another place.
Absolutely disgusting hotel. Cockroaches int the bathroom. Sheets contained brown stains. Place smelled of spoiled meat. Would not recommend.

I have never left a hotel due to its condition but upon arriving back to my room, we found cockroaches and other bugs everywhere in our room. We went to the front desk who were unable to help us, and there were even more bugs on the desk there. The condition of the room itself was poor-the only redeeming quality was the proximity to the highway but would never stay here or recommend.

Stay away from here! From the moment we checked in, everything was very dirty and not up to par by a long shot. When we discovered many cockroaches in each of our rooms, we immediately checked out with no help whatsoever from staff to resolve it. When Expedia called the front desk to try to help us, we watched the staff let the phone ring until voicemail as a roach ran across the desk. Still waiting for a refund days later after they won't respond to their calls and still hoping to get the security deposit back. Save yourself the stress and stay somewhere else!

IJS! Don’t do it!
Smells horrible, dead roach smashed on the wall, burn holes in comforter and sheets, mattress pad atop spring frame, hair in the shower, kitchenette filthy and needs some cleaning let alone upgrades, no extra supplies like toiletries and if so 1 per asking for it! Just flat out not a place for a hard working man such as my husband working 5/10’s and needs a good night sleep! The sleep is obnoxiously horrible! Tossed and turned all night just to get comfy, pillows feel like folded towels in a pillow case. Our stay was 8/11/23 - 8/18/23 and could not get a refund as it was non refundable per this app. Glad they didn’t have the audacity to ask for a deposit! The staff was genuinely nice but nothing more. Absolutely the worst experience thus far at an extended stay. Not sure how this place passes any inspections!!

Do not. Just don't. If you are going to...know that their office hours are from 11a to 7p and if you get there after 7p, well good luck getting someone to help you. And while I was waiting to NOT get checked in, a couple who had just checked in, left because their room was full of bugs. So after waiting more than a half hour, at 1130pm, and not getting someone to check me in, and finding out about bugs, I left and drove home instead. Whatever they are charging for the room, it is probably not worth it...

we had a terrible incident at this hotel. We were awakened around 1 o’clock in the morning by Elaine, a staff member of the hotel and told to get out this was not our room. We told it was a room. We had a key pass to get into this room, we were given the key pass around 3 o’clock in the afternoon we stayed in the room approximately an hour between 12 midnight and 1 AM we received a lengthy phone ringing around 1 o’clock, preceded by someone banging on our door. We did not answer thought it was coming from next-door soon after that was proceeded by someone opening our door and shouting loudly at us to get out. this is not your room repeatedly scaring us. We were pepper sprayed and we were told to get out of the room. We quickly packed up our stuff because now we are scared and we do not know what is going on. Elaine was standing in the hall. She had a red sweater on and jeans there was another African-American person standing in the hall he had on a red shirt and brown jeans, and there was a large African-American bouncer size man in dressed in a black shirt and black pants was standing outside of the building. When we started to leave the building, she said to us get out of here and never come back and I want I am contacting , the establishment of the hometown studio red roof inn apartment buildings. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau. I am contacting my lawyer. I am also asking for my refund. This was a very unsafe place to stay if we had not had the deadbolt Don th

There was however highlighted uncleanliness in the kitchen and the bedside table.
