The hotel is very misleading. The lobby is very beautiful and clean. As soon as you leave the entry area the hallways are stifling hit and have a strange odor. The room we were provided was dirty, had water damage in the corner, there was no body wash or shampoo in the contains in the bathroom and the bottles were covered in mold. The lamp shades were all broken and we even found bobby-pins on the floor.
Breakfast is NOT included and their offerings for food are limited and overpriced. Housekeeping didn’t come the entire 3 days we were there and the sink didn’t have cold water. Blackout curtains didn’t close either and TV remote was slow to respond.
Very nice lobby. Room was fine - we had a 2 king suite. It was very spacious. A bit outdated, and the light on the mirror in the bathroom didn’t work. It was good for what we needed.

We found the place to very dirty compared to other hotels in this company that we have stayed at. We would have love to sit in the hot tub. But there was a birthday party going on and all the kids were in it.

The room they assigned me was in bad condition and I asked for my refund and I'm still waiting, the hotel asked for 10 business days to return the money however they continue to make extra charges, terrible
I love Cambria, however, this visit was the worst. The hallways were filthy, the front desk
was not attentive and often missing, and the elevators were broken.
The property was very clean with a unique floor design that made it extra comfortable. Bed was very comfortable and it was pleasantly quiet. Staff was great. Just a few minor things that didn't really impact our stay.
1. Jaccuzzi was not working
2. The shower amenities had fallen off the wall and the body wash was empty.
Aside from that, we would definitely stay again.

Our first room had a pillow that was discolored and weird staining closet door. Second room had distinct smell coming from the HVAC unit. This property needs maintenance inside and outside. The pool was okay. I wouldn’t comeback.

There was some sort of renovation going on in one of the rooms on the second floor, causing an extremely strong order of chemicals causing my wife and I to be dizzy and nauseous why those kinda chemical chemicals were being used inside around guest is beyond comprehension
They were renovating on 3rd floor and sprayed massive amounts of spray paint with no warning or regard to guests or staff. Entire floor was awful. Then when I requested to move floors, no apology, no credits, no response from email to manager. Ridiculous!
