I arrived at the hotel around 1:00 AM after more than 14 hours on the road, hoping for a clean and comfortable place to rest. Unfortunately, the room did not meet basic expectations.
The carpet was noticeably damp upon entry, which immediately raised concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. The curtain in the room would not close completely, offering no privacy—particularly unsettling at night. There was a strong odor of mold throughout the room, which made the space feel unclean and unpleasant. Additionally, the bedding felt damp, which made it difficult to relax, though I was too exhausted to address it at the time.
After such a long day of travel, I was extremely disappointed by the condition of the room. I hope management addresses these issues promptly for the sake of future guests.
