Wonderful hotel. Had everything i could have wanted and more. I was in town for a horse show and the hotel was within 10 minutes of the show grounds. I felt very safe and the staff could not have been nicer. I will stay there again.

Never again!

Room# 812 was like a shoebox with 2 queen beds. Floor board going into the bathroom was loose and sharp with a nail. No shower gel. Help made the bed when we were leaving with our bedding still on the bed. Late check out request was fully ignored twice.

Love the property, this is my first and last visit. No coffee in the room means no Randy returning. I'm a Diamond Hilton member, so I stay in hotels weekly. Love the place but coffee is a deal killer for us old road warriors. I understand the New target market doesn't care. Unfortunately for you. I do care. When your committee of youngsters finally figures it out ,let me know. I'll reconsider
