Overall good experience

Check-in was quick and easy. All the staff that we encountered were polite. The hotel is under renovation so that wasn't the most pleasant sight. Our sliding door was poolside which was under construction and kids running around in the area past midnight.

The room looked nice. However the bed was incredibly hard, our air stopped working and was 80 degrees at times, and the only pool was indoors when outdoor was advertised. But good service and wasn’t horrible for what we needed if for.

The hotel has two great pools nice lobby area and amenities but as for your room they are not very clean at all you we find evidence of the people prior to you and as for staff cleaning it is present that the do a quick tighty up of the room

Large property, many things happening as they are under construction, however what they have renovated is nice, front lobby, dining area, pool area. Room was 1/2 and 1/2, some updated some things dated. Overall it was an easy place to get to, clean and the staff was nice. No breakfast, they had a place you could buy small things..Dining area a ghost town, separate bar closed..

A place to sleep, not much else.

All I can say is I am happy that we only had to stay one night. The room was old, hot and uncleaned. The shower didn’t drain and the toilet didn’t flush. Dust and used tissues were found scattered around the room which added to the overall dingy feel of the hotel.

The property was not far from the attractions that we wanted to see! I wish we would've been told ahead of time that the hotel was renovating, the bar was closed so no food was being served. The hot tub was not very warm, kids had so much grass in the hot tub I didn't get in long. Room service took forever to bring clean towels daily.

Overall great, but with a few flaws

Good: Surprisingly large bedroom and bathroom. Nice comfy bed. Clean sheets and towels. The location is convenient to a highway and gas station. We got an excellent deal from Hotels.com. Bad: The shower was weak. The bed didn't have a blanket, only sheets and a thin coverlet. The air conditioner was loud (although it wasn't grinding, clanking, or thumping.) There are no restaurants nearby, just a Circle K.
