No hotel name visible

Very dirty place, floor and sheets were gross. There was a bad smell and there were cockroaches. The pictures and description showed a kitchen, but it's not usable. We also did not see any restaurant or room service capability. There was no water the last day we were there. Had AC, but was either on or off. Wifi often stopped working, but the attendee was happy to reset it to get it working.

Love it and would come back here

Fantastic and convenient location, reasonable price and of course, friendly care taker who helped us with local places, booking a cab etc. there is also access to beach for a morning walk, though you have to cross a railway track which might be ok only for the more adventurous.

Awful hotel

My worst experience in SL in 11 weeks here. AC not functionning, no toilet paper, nothing for our confort, even no bulb light! We had to stay in the dark during the evening. Staff manager is not sympatic, just want his money and nothing more.

For the price paid the room was adequate. There was no reception or help on arrival which was a shame after a long flight. It's a short rickshaw ride to the centre. The room was quiet but not exactly clean.

Appartment

Apartment is close to the main Galle road and to the see side but do not have a beach.Room is clean and Kumar (staff)was very helpful. Windows canot be closed and has no hangers to in the wardrobe. Kitchen is not that clean. Cockroches all over the bathroom floor.
