"I had mixed interactions with the staff. Some were warm and welcoming, others did not make me feel welcome or a valued guest at all, including the first point of contact at reception. The spa staff were amazing and run a quality experience which is excellent value for money. The lifeguards were excellent as were the staff in 1864 fine dining experience. The concierge lady assigned to me said she would make a dinner reservation for me but when I arrived for the buffet dinner for me on my first night, there was no reservation. The staff kindly found me a table and brought drinks then they came and apologised and said I had to move because the table was reserved. The same lady concierge gave me her number which seemed standard and said to ask her anything. I did ask her a question via WhatsApp messaging and it took her 24hours to reply. Housekeeping left a cleaning product in the shower. The buffet food was good and 1864 restaurant very good food. The breakfast had lots of variety and was enjoyable."
