"It was a nice clean room clean and good size. Mattress could use an upgrade and the water was barely warm."

"The breakfast was alright..the staff was great..and the room was good too! Have stayed here multiple times..will be back!! Easy parking and food near by(Cracker Barrel)"

"Room was spacious and beautiful! Loved the grounds! Breakfast was delicious!"

"I called the number on the drawer letting me know that that was the office because no one was there. When they answered the phone. They seem annoyed and asked me if I even had a reservation. And finally unlocked the door to a Small and uncomfortable office. That should have been my cue to leave. The room smelt bad when I walked in it and had no air running so it was over 80°. It was filthy."

"Clean room"

"Great stay will Definitely be back! Staff was so nice and friendly and helpful"

"Room was nice but found dead cockroach in the bathroom. Toilet paper holder broken. Bed was pretty comfortable. But the worst part was the tv...kept freezing and changing channels on its own. Called the front desk, he said he would come and take a look, he never came."

"We were cooked a full breakfast the next morning, had our beds turned down with chocolates and banana bread waiting for us in our room upon arrival. I have never felt so pampered and rested and all this while enjoying the environment of a 140 year old manor. My husband needed some time away from the busy life of teenagers and now we will be back yearly."

"We have always stayed at this hotel when we visit our son and his family. Overall the hotel is very clean. Breakfast is good and we love the coffee. This stay was not the best. We always ask for a first floor room due to our age and hardly ever get a first floor room. Our room was on the third floor this time and the room was extremely hot even with the heater turned off. The toilet seat was wobbly. When asked why we can't ever get the first floor we were told we should ask for them when...

"Cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in."

"No amenities in bathroom toilet paper spool was empty we had to request face towels and bath towels put trash out side in the morning and the trash was still outside late"

"I had a hard time at check in repeatedly. Although I was on a company trip I was forced to use my out of pocket cash to obtain a room that was already registered, then the price went up at the check in counter."
