"Upon arrival, we were welcomed very warmly by Lorraine at the front desk and she gave us a smooth check-in experience, explaining everything we need to know to make the most of our stay.
The lobby and room was very clean and the sheets were very soft! The breakfast was amazing, offering pancakes, fruit, oatmeal, toast, omelettes, sausage, muffins, and everything in between. There was a nice patio we were able to enjoy our breakfast :) We were able to get a table each morning, but there are times when it fills up, so I suggest going relatively early or late. In the room, the hand soap, cream, and shower products were all by Dove. This may not matter to most, but the hand soap smelled really nice - not over powering - and was also moisturizing which was great for me as my hands are always dry.
The only thing that was disappointing was that the pool was a bit small and whenever we wanted to go there were too many people in it and kids splashing around that we opted out of that experience. Maybe next time!
Overall, a wonderful stay and would definitely return for another stay in Collingwood. It was also a great location, really close to the downtown area, great trails, and shopping."
