"Everything about this hotel was perfect — the rooms, the décor, the food, and the valet service were all exceptional. The only suggestion I would make is to have additional staff at the check-in desk. I waited a little over 25 minutes because it was very busy and only two clerks were available. Other than that, everything was amazing. The rooms were spotless, and I especially loved the lavender oil, the white tea shower gel and lotion, and the incredibly comfortable bedding."
