"We booked the room around 10 pm and messaged them to say we’d be arriving very late due to flight delays. When we arrived around 3:30 am, they had no clean rooms for about 12 of us. We slept in the lobby. They did allow us to go to a room at 5:30 am to sleep for a few hours and gave us tickets for the breakfast buffet which was great. I will discuss getting a refund for that night when I get back home. Hopefully they will. "

"We stayed at the Marriott Marquis because we were visiting our son who has recently moved to Atlanta. We don't know the area, so we picked a place near him. It was clean, nicely maintained and close to many attractions. It was during the Christmas season, so we really appreciated the hot cocoa bar and the hot cider bar they set out. It has many, many floors, so if you are terrified of heights, you might consider asking for a room on a bottom floor. "

"Best way to explain this experience is to say if you’re a city girl and your use to a certain type of living this will not be the place you want to be in.I wish I could show people what they are really offering you as a 5star hotel. Upon Arrival stepping into the elevator it smells like urine so that was the walk up welcome to Georgian Terrace. Cleanliness I tell you is of no importance at this hotel and I’ve stayed at motel 6 and found it to be much cleaner than this. Also who still has rundown old and when I say old I mean old white refrigerator and stoves? The utensils like the spatula should have been thrown in the trash years ago. The light fixture inside the kitchen was busted up, in the restroom there was a patched hole above the toilet and the floor wooden slabs were sliding to the point where you could trip fall and severely hurt yourself, if you ask me it’s a lawsuit waiting to happen. However outside of the room is where you would want to be during your stay. NEVER AGAIN!"
