"Amazing hotel with a modern refurbished look. Our room was a standard double but still very spacious with all the amenities you need. Great staff who were all friendly. Lovely continental breakfast with a few hot food elements. The Skybar/restaurant was brilliant too. One thing to note is that a map will tell you you’re only 7 miles away from the city center, but in busy traffic it did take 50+ minutes."

"Didnt really see a y staff apart from check in and check out seemed. There was a smell in the room, not sure if this was a drain issue or a cleaning producted a banana odour that wasnt to good. We left windows open and kept bathroom door closed. Apart from that for the money you pay was fine would have me tioned it if i have of been staying more then one night "

"They have a night club on Fri and sat until 3am. Even though we changed rooms on Saturday, it was still so bad and could blow sleep. Unbelievable that such a luxury hotel world have this issue. We were in the 3rd floor too Also, light switches too complex. "

Staff extremely friendly and helpful during stay - only feedback is that the first night the room was insanely hot and not able to use the thermostat or a/c to cool the room down, but there is option to open window "

"Un appartement encore plus beau que sur les photos,d’une propreté irreprochable.L’immeuble est trés beau et parfaitement situé, dans un quartier trés animé .L’appartement est néanmoins trés calme et très bien équipé.Manque juste un grille pain Le check in est autonome,mais nous,avons disposé de toutescles informations utiles pour acceder à L’appartement. Merci pour le check in avant l’heure indiquée. Je ne peux que recommander cet établissement "

We didnt get to use the spa or gym but on my next visit I will definitely check them out. The staff very nice, helpful, pleasant and full of information. "

"Le procedure di checkin non sono molto chiare. Viene indicato come dopo il web checkin si dovrebbe ricevere una mail con il codice per accedere alla struttura quando questo codice non é mai arrivato (sulla piattaforma del webcheckin parla di codice camera non codice per ingresso struttura e questo potrebbe essere fuorviante). La pulsantiera per aprire la porta dell’hotel poi non é delle più intuitive. Passando alla camera, grande spaziosa e ben rifinita; unico problemino essendo al piano terra...
