The bed was comfy, however, they gave us a handicapped room when we didn’t need it (I couldn’t hang my dresses high enough so they wouldn’t hit the floor) and the shower flooded the bathroom. I’ve stayed in the Pontchartrain before, and the regular room that I had then was much better than this one."
