"Fully recommend. Staff are incredible, polite. In such a busy city this is the perfect hotel to go back to and relax. The high tea is not as great as it is talked about - better off having dinner at some of the restaurants in the hotel.
Will definitely come back."

"Hotel Ozone Inn turned out to be a fantastic stay — comfortable, clean, and incredibly convenient for getting around Mumbai. It’s one of those places that delivers great value without compromising on comfort.

"The only good thing of a Regent hotel is perfect location behind Taj Palace hotel and just few step to Arabian Sea.
The rest is not really impressive
- dirty room with noisy voice at night time
- poor breakfast
- room rate is too expensive - no value for money at all "

"I had one of the better rooms and more expensive in a very poor hotel.
Involved two flights of steep stairs before an old lift.
Shower was a wall outlet, no surround.
I could not recommend."

"The hotel is a scam, first they didnt allowed me to check.in and asked for extra money, then the room was not even 50sqmt and it was shared wash room. Not worthy. Need my refund back. "

"I arrived at 3am in the morning from a very long flight + it was very first time in India. I booked the hotel for the date I arrived but stupidly I failed to realise the check in wouldn’t be until 3pm. The receptionist told me all the rooms were fully booked for the night. He told me not to worry and I can stay in the reception lobby until the morning, a soon as a guest left in the morning they got the room ready for me🙏 I thought this was a very nice gesture of the hotel "
