"We got stuck in traffic so arrived very late to the property. The communication with the property was great. It wasn’t made clear on Expedia when booking that we’d have to pay extra for sheets The apartment was very tired It was a hot day and the apartment doesn’t have air con and only 1 window so it was very stuffy. "First class hotel and standard of accommodation, in keeping with the CGH brand of residence. Location a little out of town, but close by the bus stop and regular village shuttle bus. Possible to ski directly back to the hotel, however to access the slopes in the morning, approximate 500m uphill walk, which may be an issue with young children/elderly. Accommodation let down with attitude of reception staff and good luck if you need their assistance during your stay. We had issue with one of the...

"Nouvel établissement très propre, très confortable. L’appartement est bien équipé avec une literie de qualité. Salle de sport et espace piscine et bien être superbes. Service très pro et sympathique. Il peut faire un peu chaud dans les chambres les beaux jours d’été."
