"Clean and close to Howell"

"Nice bed and pillows. Clean room and bathroom. Breakfast was fine and attendant was very nice and welcoming. Check in and check out attendants were nice and welcoming. TV was good. The only reason I didn't have 5 Stars for everything is because tub didn't drain and I notified front desk in the morning. It was not fixed and water was still in the tub my 2nd morning. Also, I expected the room to be cleaned, bedroom refreshed and old towels picked up and new towels provided. I refuse to get in...

"Our stay was a Wednesday, Thursday. We had a 2nd floor king suite. We were amazed how quiet it was. Hotel was booked both nights. Breakfast was plentiful and hot. Room was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again when back in the area."

Price was a little more than what I would typically think for a Best Western, but thinking it was the area?"

"Friendly staff. Spotless room and bathroom. Exceptionally comfortable bed and pillows.Convenient location."

So I paid a full room rate for each day we were there. 4 Days. Also I was never asked if I was a Marriott member a true disappointment since I am a member. As...

"Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good."

"The breakfast was great !"

"Hotel in major renovation when we stayed so parking lot partially blocked by lots materials, but did not get bothered by anything otherwise. Hotel facility was little outdated but nice breakfast selection and staff was nice"

"Disappointed that no breakfast of anything. Took a long time to check in"

"Well for starters, the room cleanliness was suspect. We found a wet crumpled up facecloth on the edge of the bathtub. We aren't sure if the cleaning lady had used it to clean and left it, or if it was from a previous guest. Really makes you wonder how clean the place is when something like that happens. There was a visible ring around the toilet bowl, so that wasn't very clean either. There were several stains on the carpet in the room. My fiancé woke with bites on her ankles as well. ...
