"We booked this particular property at a cost of £200 for two nights because the property offered on the website a sauna, hot tub, coffee lounge, bar, restaurant but we found ourselves having to go out for a meal because the restaurant was only open on a Wednesday and after a long drive this was not what we expected to do. The sauna & hot tub were an additional charge 20€ for 30 mins. the other facilities were not up and running. We felt we had booked this stay under false pretences. I contacted...

"Really friendly and efficient staff, immaculate room. Hotel restaurant was a very high standard. The parking permit made it easy in dedicated places in the nearby car park. As the location is very central it isn't the quietest place to stay, but that should be expected. Overall I would definitely recommend."

"A beautifully renovated hotel in a beautiful setting. Our check-in was poor. Unhelpful, rude and not a single smile. The rest of the staff were lovely. Ate at the poolside twice. Two really average salads. Two terrible tasteless filled bagels. Both were burned. Both accompanying ‘salads’ were consisted of iceberg lettuce and a cherry tomato. We laughed, other than the price. Parking was ridiculously expensive. Outside terrace and all public areas and pool were beautiful. An easy walk into...
