"Overall, this hotel is very average. There were a few positive and negatives. I’ll start with the positives. After asking for water and toiletries, they were eventually provided. They let me shower after checkout and stored my bag, which was nice! The room is very average, but there was a gap above the door that didn’t shut all the way which let bugs in at night. "Great location. A few meters away from the street. Decent size room , big bathroom. NO bed sheet to cover yourself with; only blanket. Very welcoming host. The kitchen on rooftop was great for the view but very filthy sink. Of course certain people do not clean after themselves. I recommend the maid cleans everyday. Overall great stay"

"Great hotel in Mirissa which was very close to the beach (you do have to walk there or take a <5 minute tuktuk ride). The pool was beautiful and clean. Good breakfast in the morning. Would stay there again!"

The rooms are a little smaller than they appear on the photos but spotlessly clean, modern and well equipped. The atmosphere and cocktails were great, & breakfast was lovely with lots of choice.
