"Always stay within this building when staying in coconut grove wether that be with family or on my own. The self contained apartments are always a winner! Great location for everything within the grove. 20 mins to inter Miami stadium, 25 mins to the airport and 30 mins to the dolphin center. Great location and really great host. If I had to pick one thing to critique it would be that this is a self contained apartment which means no regular cleaning or towel / toilet roll replacement which can be an issue for a family of 4 for 8 nights. However that’s being picky as it’s a great place to stay and work."

"I loved the hotel, the room was nice and the pool area lovely. Rhe whole vibe was great. The surrounding area was also great, walkable with shops and restaurants, safe and a great atmosphere. There was only one downside. The room was rather dark, with individual lighting around the perimeter, nothing covering the middle of the room. I had to use the bathroom on the first night, found a small light by the bed, but on the way back it was quite dark and I bumped into a bedpost, spraining or breaking a toe quite badly. This impacted my entire trip, and now a week later it is no better. Better lighting is needed."

"This is a residential building turned hotel, don’t expect the vacation resort vibe. The staff was friendly and attentive. 409 room is two queen bed with balcony and view to another building and the street. It has a defective bathroom which leaks water outside while using the shower. On site restaurant is ok closes early. This is a valet only hotel, no onsite parking but you can either request a free ride within 2 mile radius which was convenient or request your vehicle, they are very expedious about it. Overall experience 3/5"

"This place has the rundown appearance of a hotel that's well past it's hayday. The main issue is all the hidden additional fees that you have to pay once you arrive. It added an extra $80+ on to our one night stay which left a sour taste in our mouths. We were charged a resort fee even though we never used the resort facilities, and we were only there over-night so had no time to use them anyway. The first receptionist was very standoff-ish with us, although everyone else was friendly. Not somewhere I'd stay again as it really wasn't worth the price."
