"Expedia showed gorgeous water views- the room was NOT as described or pictured! In the back with just a very partial view mostly from the bathroom. Amenities were sparse and basic- no paper towels,no blanket, no dryer, etc. Will be contacting Expedia when I return home-did not have option to understand this when booked- "

"Had a great stay/experience at the Belair Beach Hotel. Rooms were big and kitchen was stocked with plates and silverware. Balcony view was AMAZING! Chairs and table were included on the balcony. "This was one of the most disappointing resort experiences I’ve ever had. The room was fine and the location is beautiful, but the service completely ruined our stay. The resort is clearly and consistently understaffed. At many points, there is only one bartender working — not just occasionally, but regularly — and that same person is often also responsible for running food orders. "Pool, Beach , restaurants , shops , coffee / snack bar , what’s there not to love! We used the very nice gym daily although an extra charge of 5/6$ per visit . Bartender at the main pool bar was fabulous ! Rolls weee comfortable , my boys loved the Murphy beds . Market close by , can walk to all the restaurants . Booked a second floor villa and it was perfect ! Loved this resort for our family spring break ! "
