Only one white woman who apparently is “boss” was rude by speaking rudely to an employee that was helping me when she interrupted us and gave him her keys and ordered him to go bring things from a car… employee was very professional and finished his assistance to me before moving on. "I booked for a senior suite. I was placed in a junior suite because even though I had already paid they double booked it and gave it to someone else. I was upset, but they said I’ll be refunded for the difference. I reached out several time to the property, to Expedia and they weren’t able to help. Even tho I was given a receipt with the amount to be refunded. Now I am filling a claim with my bank. Additionally, the food was terrible, they only have one iron on the entire property which I needed...

"We only stayed here one night, but the staff were so friendly and accomodating. The rooms are HUGE. Breakfast was very filling, we were offered eggs, an assortment of bread, salad, fruit, juice, tea and coffee. The kids enjoyed the pool and the games out on the terrace. The manager, Toby, was very friendly and our kids loved his dog, Moon."

"Cheap hotel compared to other. Staff is very friendly and very helpful taking luggages in the room. The room is small, the TV image quality is not so good, and the Wifi is weak but afterall it was a good experience staying there, very close to the beach. Great job to the staff!"
