There were stains on the ceiling and it could have been a little bit cleaner (there were pee pee drops on the front of the toilet and the floor needed a good vacuuming). We had to check into the B&B from the next door hotel which seemed a little shady inside. The B&B write up claimed the it was located on the beach. It is not. You have to either walk thru an alley way or cut through the neighboring property to access the beach. The reason I rated the B&B...

"Agree with many other reviews. The location is fantastic, parking is extremely tight, wasn’t very clean, ceiling fans are completely covered in thick dust, super low water pressure in showers, zero communication regarding where and how to check (I only knew because of reviews), and there is no elevator for those who would need it. Overall, our stay was ok. Wouldn’t stay again for the price."

"Very nice, cozy and 99% of my experience was excellent. The other 1% was not so great. I went to the front desk multiple times in the course of an hour to return a hairdryer that shorted out. The desk attendant was on the the phone screaming at someone and didn't acknowledge me. Once he was done screaming, he curly took the hairdryer and was extremely rude. "Room was not fully clean and shower faucet and shower head was about to fall apart. Room smelled like strong urine to the point where we couldn’t even stay in the room any longer and had to find some place else to stay. Horrible experience"

"The owners seem like very kind people and initially when I walked into the room it looked renovated and very cute! However, this place has SERIOUS mold issue. In the air vent, the ceiling light, and especially underneath the sink. It looks like the issue has not been addressed in the slightest. Like they just painted over the issues with cute decor. You can tell by how the place smells that there is a mold issue. When I saw underneath the sink I got so worried I slept with a mask on all night...

"Decent breakfast - same food every day but the staff was great to keep it replenished. During especially busy times, would be nice to have access to disinfecting wipes to clean off tables when staff hasn't been available to do it b/c they are filling food. Plenty of towels, sheets and blankets (although sheets for pull out bed were stained - ew). Beds and pillows were comfortable. $10 parking fee per day and $50 per day pet fee are ridiculous. "I feel like I was deceived upon searching and reading on expedia.com this hotel seemed very clean and convenient for what I needed. I was traveling with 2 year old toddler and upon arrival the room did not have a microwave, the room’s air conditioning temperature was very warm, the refrigerator was not working and the room’s floor had hair on the corners and crevices of the bathroom.
