"Checking in was fast. Staff were professional and pleasant. Clean overall. However our room had a broken curtain rod and the curtain was stained. Air conditioner was very loud making it difficult to sleep throughout the night. I believe this property is non-smoking, but there were people outside the main entrance smoking. We had to walk through a cloud of smoke to enter a non-smoking building….I didn’t appreciate that as a non-smoker. No breakfast at this motel."

"Difficult to find the property with huge highway construction going on right across the street. (obviously out of the facility's control) Stairways to all rooms make accessibility difficult. Also, hallways need brighter lighting and carpeting. (who chose that carpet??) The combination of low light and dark carpet made stairways treacherous. Ice machines were not operating. "This property probably quite nice at one time. The potential is huge. It seems that whoever owns the place is happy allowing it to fall into disrepair and ruin. I read some of the diary entries in our room and it seems that a lady named Lisa was the driving force making this place wonderful but with the end of 2025 the downward trend began. I don't know what happened to her."

It is unusual to have these facilities open at all times of day, and we really appreciated this, since we spent most of the day out. "The shower head in room 4 barely spit out any water. The kitchen was closed which defeated the point of it being a bed and breakfast experience. The pool was also not working due to some pump issue which I was unaware of until I arrived. I was under the impression that there was a fully functioning, kitchen and fully working pool. when we got there, we waited about 20 minutes until somebody finally came to check us in after I had to go looking for help."

"Fantastic bed! Quaint motel with a view of the lake. The bathroom as a little dated but served it's purpose. Very easy to get to dining options."

"Check in was quick and easy. We were provided with a comprehensive list of things to do and places to eat in the area. Our cottage was beautiful and NEW with a small patio overlooking the lake. The Bed was comfortable and AC cooling. The wall fireplace added nice ambiance. The front desk called at 9 to say they were leaving for the night and to see if we needed anything. Close to the outlets. A wonderful place to stay! We will be coming back."

I paid for 2 double g queen sized beds and received a full size bed and an extremely rough jail mattress. The couch mattress was very uncomfortable.
