"The check-in was extremely long & inconvenient. There is no information that the front desk is across the street until you actually get there and driving around lost. The pools were nice and it was conveniently located on the beach which was great!"

"Well maintained property. Clean room with great view. Pool and beach were great. Service level was hit or miss maybe because it’s the start of the vacation season. At times the food and beverage service was excellent and other times not so good (long wait for food delivery). My main concern was that every charge I applied to my room for food, beverage or umbrella and chairs on the beach was immediately posted to my bank card. The amount was always more than the actual amount as I was told that was for “security” purpose and that that actual would be adjusted at checkout. My final bill was adjusted but it was very confusing. Normally the card does not get charged until you review the bill and check out."

"My daughter was hurt. Fell outside by maid telling her to go outside. My daughter is disabled. She fell. Hospital and 8 stitches scarred for life. Sore all over. We are suing and 18 days they never cleaned room or changed sheets or cleaned floor. No towels or wash clothes you need to pay me back some money"
