"Bathtub looked dirty. You never get fresh towels UNLESS you schedule a room cleaning or bring your dirty towels to the front desk. Room in general was filthy"

"Theresa was wonderful! Able to answer all the questions I had in the morning. But even though there was a sticker on the mirror saying everything was to be switched out (trash, towels, etc.) they never came by to do so! I had to ask for new towels and when I asked for a sheet change, I was told that I was going to be charged for it! And trashes, it was my responsibility to leave them out in the hall for them to be swapped out. I stayed for a week and they wouldn’t change the sheets unless it was over a week stay! Breakfast was okay. Only waffles bagels and cereal were the options. Water or coffee to drink. The overall stay was okay at best, but if they won’t hold up to there promise on the mirror they shouldn’t have the sticker on there. Just misleading people. "

"I requested a handicap room. It was not available due to a leak. When I woke up today there was no water. Staff did not share this info. When I was ready to leave they said the water is back on. I will not stay in this facility again. "
