"Clean room, lots of free parking, great location in heart of town and beneath Montgomery Castle. The staff were lovely, food was excellent with priority on using local ingredients and beer and wine. Superb value for money as well. Would not hesitate to return to The Dragon Hotel in future!"

I was so excited to celebrate my partner’s birthday with at the hotel which I made the staff aware of but nothing was provided to acknowledge this at all. Our room was so cold in the evening and when I told staff they brought us a portable heater. Our bed was whooped on one side. The springs were complete gone. The breakfast and lounge area was the highlight of our stay. It was very good. Overall I would say for the price being charged the hotel needs an upgrade. "
