"Breakfast and customer service were the best we have had in a while. We had a party of 25 and the hotel was very accommodating to our needs, always greeted us by name. The spa and the transportation were really good as well. The Unicentro mall is a street away and very convenient to walk to everyday. I highly recommend this hotel. "

I really think there should be a microwave in every room. I don’t like the idea of having to go downstairs to warm things up or use the kitchen and then having to wash things. Other than that, the place is great, I will come back and recommend for sure! "
