She called me back exactly when she said she would and empathized with my tired son and his friend who were traveling across the country. Stuff happens, but she was super nice about it and it made it much better. "

"The HVAC was completely inop. The whole facility was hot. In my room the HVAC system would run for 2 minutes and then shut itself off. My room was hot, stuffy and eriely quiet. I would have spoken with the staff but I had already settled in my room. "

"Advertised breakfast but there was toast and butter o and some cereal coffee mug was empty, toilet urine in it been left there for who knows how long. Coffee pot in room didn’t work. If you enjoy the smell weed smoking all evening this is the place for you. "
