"The hotel is ok, we had a twin room in the cottage lodge, no 526, it was quite a walk from reception.
Most of the staff were helpful and cheerful.
The hotel is looking somewhat dated, the room needed a good deep clean, shower head and bath mat needed replacing, I did write this to the manger in the initial check in review, as we were only staying 1 night it wasn’t worth complaining about.
The car park needs re signing as cars didn’t know which way to go round!"

"Wonderful location. Delighful old inn. Unfortunately, they have no air conditioning so during a heat wave, sleeping is a bit challenging with only a fan."

"Beautifully decorated room with a very comfortable bed and most importantly the best pillows ever.
We didn’t eat lunch or dinner but breakfast was excellent.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful and we would definitely stay there again if we visit the area in the future."

"My wife and I had an amazing stay at House Arundel. From the moment we arrived we were made feel welcome and at home by Rosie and James. It's perfectly situated to make the most of the beautiful town and all it has to offer. We look forward to returning in the the future"
