"Title: Absolute Nightmare - Health and Safety Hazards Review: I booked a "Deluxe" room, but what I walked into was uninhabitable and dangerous. Upon arrival, the door to our room was wide open, the TV was on, and the bed was messy. Most alarmingly, the room was completely missing its smoke detector/fire alarm, which is a major safety code violation. The conditions only got worse: Structural Issues: One of the beds was broken and collapsed. Filth: There was old food left under the beds and the bathroom was so disgusting I had to clean it myself just to feel safe using it. Lack of Amenities: For a room booked for 4 people, we were only given one towel and three small pillows. Unhelpful Staff: When I asked for towels or a room change, the front desk told me they didn't have a key to the supply room and refused to help further. Do not stay here. It is not "Deluxe" or even basic—it is an unsafe and unsanitary property. I am currently pursuing a full refund."

"When we walked in to get checked in we had to wait 20min, then we could smell marijuana really strong. Then they asked for a deposit which wasn’t mentioned. The breakfast area has a good variety of choices, but the pool was very cold, and the hallways smelled horrible of marijuana, no vent in bathroom. "

"This is the 2nd time we’ve tried staying at this place. The very first time we tried staying, my room was prepaid for like I do every time. We tried checking in after hours just for nobody to answer the phones or nobody was at the desk with the roll up blind shut. Most recent stay was able to have someone at the front desk (lovely lady). The beds are ehhhh comfortable and the frame they have the bed on is unacceptable. This hotel is going the cheaper route to make the customers satisfied not happy or beyond happy. Me personally i won’t book here again, you get what you pay for."

"Room was very nice, super clean and the bed was actually comfortable for a hotel room bed...the lady that checked us in was super nice and full of personality, loved her!..wud definitely recommend "

"The first day we had to change rooms. It appears the linen had not been changed. We stayed for six days. They cleaned the room two days. We asked each day. We had to ask for clean towels most days. When we left the floor needed to be vacuum."
