"This is a great place to stay near RIT It's very convenient and its clean"

"The room was clean however the beds are very uncomfortable. The heating cooling system kept making crazy noises all night long and I was placed at the end of the wall near the outside door where people were going in and out all night long plus there was a door right there to go to the stairs to go to the upper floor. "All was good"

"It's just across the street from ROC, took literally 2 minutes to walk to it. Front desk was very helpful & they have breakfast in the morning. 4-6 is a cold breakfast & & at 6 they have hot food as well. Beds were comfy, it wasn't super busy but it was quiet."

"Good stay"

"Came for a quick stay and honestly the only issue I had that the shower was not cleaned and when I had ask if they could come clean the shower and replace the shower curtain, no one came. Other than that mishap, the staff was super pleasant and offered me free breakfast for the shower inconvenience. Also they have a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel so that was convenient for me."

"Convenient location for the strong museum"

"The hotel was in a quiet location it was maintained and clean . The cleaning crew were adequate although simple mistakes were made as not replacing towels and face cloths and not replacing coffee and the creamer/ sugars when depleted. The gym was basic but had a decent amount of machines and a cable work out machine. The pool ( which I didn't use) was...
