"Room was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed for our stay. It was also very spacious, bigger than we had expected. Parking was easy to obtain and there were many spots available right next to the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Property is located in close proximity to the Clifton Hill area and a 30-minute drive from Niagara-on-the-Lake."

"Our stay was great. They're doing construction and upgrades when we were there. This didn't effect our stay at all. We enjoyed the pool and the temperature of it was good. Room was clean and of average size. Liked the parking and breakfast being included with our room cost.
The only thing I thought was lacking was no pastries or muffins and only green apples for fruit. I would definitely stay again."

"The hotel can clean and the staff were very helpful and kind!
The only small thing we did not care for was - your room is only cleaned every 3 days and only if you ask . We were not aware and this bugged us at first but the staff were so helpful."

"Easily walkable to all the main attractions of Niagara Falls. Conveniently located next to a pizza place for easy meal options, with plenty of dining close by.
The hotel was under going a name change when we stayed, so we experienced a bit of confusion as to the location.
The bed was good, the pillows are good and we got the honeymoon suite. Well worth the extra cost and a romantic surprise for my wife on our anniversary."

"AC wasn't working and couldnt keep the room cool. Bathroom had stray hairs, which tells me they did a quick and not a thorough clean. No outlets near the bedside table made plugging in a phone a challenge. Parking was onsite, which was convenient. For the price, I got what I expected."
