The Westin Cleveland Downtown
The staff was very helpful, many rooms were not ready upon check-in, but the staff was kind and helpful. The room was very, very clean and beautiful was within walking distance of all the amenities in downtown Cleveland. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Best Western Plus Strongsville Cleveland
At seven in the morning, the coffee area was dirty and almost empty. Breakfast started late. The staff was very unfriendly at check-in.
