"I had an early morning procedure at the Cleveland Clinic, so my husband and I came into town and stayed here the night before. It was a 2-minute drive but would have been easily walkable under different circumstances, so the location was perfect. Parking cost extra but it was an easy and spacious in and out to the garage which was in very close proximity to the hotel. Worth the extra $20 for the convenience. "I’ve stayed at many Sonesta Hotels. I have always been very satisfied with everything. Always dishware and the essentials, not so much this stay. It was clean and comfortable, but lacking. It needed an update, but many of the essentials were not there. No paper towels, the pots and pans were used and dated. Beds were comfy and room was good. I just don’t feel it was up to the usual Sonesta standards. I would stay again. The stay was not in anyway bad. I just felt they could have done better....
