The room felt very dated and wasn’t clean, and unfortunately the shower only had cold water. We only stayed one night, and I’m glad it wasn’t longer. The one positive was the staff member we encountered—very nice and helpful. Other than that, I would recommend choosing a different hotel.
The room was very clean. The clerk at the front desk was very kind. The elevator was fast. I enjoyed this place for the price of $70 for a last minute stay (literally booked the night before).
Property appeared maintained and possibly recent updates. beds and room comfortable.
bathtub needed attention. Tub was dangerous because of floor "valley" causing concern with balance when changing position.
woke up in am with dead cockroach on bedding. Front desk informed when checking out. (attendant was busy with another guest and I had an appointment at Cleveland clinic and could not wait). I was extended "I'm so sorry."
I checked in Friday and never got the guy's name at the front desk but he was excellent treated every guest like they were at home. I loved the fact that my room was super clean and well stocked. I will be back again next year for my birthday weekend. I hope each and everyone of you and your family's have a very happy 🎊!
I had two rooms for my stay. One room was alright. Nice for an older hotel. The other, the view out the window was a solid wall, inside lock on the door was broken, and no bathroom supplies in the shower.
The ice machines were broken and they were not providing ice. (I think if the machines are down the hotel should supply ice from gas stations or the kitchen)..
They leave the doors to the pool open all day so debris blows in and covers the pool with it. Looks filthy but it’s just from the trees and bushes.
My poor review is mostly because they had no hot water WHEN WE CHECKED IN and didn’t inform us. Letting people check in and hoping they don’t try to use the hot water is a disgusting operation. Then, they offered no compensation because I booked through Expedia. When Expedia tried reaching out they just wouldn’t talk to them. Convenient. It’s one thing if the boiler goes out during your stay… but this had been going on for days and they weren’t telling people.
This was a good hotel. It was clean, the beds were comfortable and the temperature control was great. Often times in hotels we spend the evenings trying to adjust the temperature since it seems to fluctuate between too cool and uncomfortably warm no matter what the themostate is set on. This wasn't a problem here. the temperature stayed where we set it the whole 4 days we were there. The staff was very friendly and helpful from the ones at the desk to the ones cleaning the rooms. Everyone made us feel very welcome. I'm sorry I don't remember their names but I have a hard time reading names tags and sometimes they aren't wearing any.
There was a few minor issues the kept me from giving this hotel 5 stars. But I stress these were minor things and wouldn't keep us from staying there again. There was no black out curtains so the room wasn't very dark at night. There was no channel guide for the televison which is annoying since we spent a lot of time flipping through channels without knowing what they were trying to find something to watch. A channel guide seems like something that should be provided and it wouldn't take a lot of effort or expense to have one availableand it makes a stay less irrating. The sink was slow to drainbut wasn't a seriuos problem. The only fault with breakfast was no fruit available.
room was good but a lot of noise all night. staff was good but took a long time checking in. no soap in room. breakfast was pretty good and decent amount of options. parking was decent.

Liked: Staff & service
Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
I originally booked a King-size non-smoking room through Expedia. Upon my arrival, I was informed by the front desk that due to a "housekeeping shortage," my reserved room was unavailable. I was forced to settle for a double bedroom instead, which was not what I paid for or expected. To make matters worse, I was charged an additional $50 deposit despite the downgrade in my accommodations.
The condition of the room I was eventually given was, frankly, disgusting. It was clear that the room had not been properly cleaned, which is particularly alarming from a health and safety perspective. Specifically:
There were visible fecal specks on the toilet seat.
The headboard and bedside tables were covered in greasy fingerprints.
The bathroom floor was visibly filthy and had clearly not been mopped.
There was even a nasal nugget yes a booger the side of my finger name on the wall to great me upon waking up.
Furthermore, I had planned my morning around utilizing the pool for exercise and a refreshing swim. I was disappointed to find out that the pool does not open until 10:00 AM—only one hour before check-out—making it impossible for me to use the amenities I had paid for.
Between the room downgrade, the lack of basic cleanliness, and the restricted access to facilities, my stay was incredibly unpleasant. As a result of these failures, I do not feel that I received the value or the experience I paid for.
Bathroom lacking, tub was narrow for an old fart like me to stand in, the water was warm could have been a little warmer, shower had soap dish removed could see the outline, not a big deal but gave it a dingy look. Construction workers on the 2nd floor were loud up til 11 music, talking. closing doors, not a big real big deal was able to get some sleep, tripped over a case of bud light in the hallway. Other than that it was ok, room was clean and didn't stink. The clerk helped with a malfunctioning printer, and got our airline tickets printed
