Terry, the woman at the front, was wonderful to talk to and very understanding to us getting in late on check in. We ended up checking out a little late and they had no problem with it too. "The check in process was great. The room was awful. There was a terrible smell in room 107. I think something must be dead under the mattress of the metal bed frame. Speaking of which, every time we got up off the bed, the frame would make a loud popping noise which was terribly disruptive when you're trying to sleep. My feet were black from walking on the floors. "
