Top Clear Lake Area Historical Museum Hotel Reviews
Hotel Crosby
8/10 Good
"We stayed one night at Hotel Crosby and were pleasantly surprised with the architecture and ambiance. The hotel's concept (bourbon, flame, warm atmosphere) is well thought-out. We loved our room with the exception of two things that have been mentioned in other reviews: No in-room refrigerator and the blinds are not black-out, so I wasn't sure how much outsiders could see into the room. Also, it's standard practice for hotels to have black-out blinds or curtains, so I'm not sure why that isn't the case at this property. We took advantage of the rooftop (3rd floor) hot tub. If the weather would have been warmer it would have been fun to enjoy a drink on the surrounding lounge chairs. We enjoyed happy hour and dinner at the hotel's restaurant, Matchstick. The Waygu steak and pork tenderloin had such great flavor."

"Clean quiet room, nice little breakfast, staff was friendly and helpful even checking in at 4am! Lots of people cleaning in the mornings, it’s well maintained. They should pay the employees more for how hard they work I’d say!"

"The hottub was not working. A little outdated but clean."
Lowell Inn
8/10 Good
"We stayed in the newer part of the hotel, which is over 100 years old. Great location, easy walking distance to many restaurants and entertainment. Our balcony overlooked the roof of another building, which wasn’t so fantastic but other than that it was a really nice place to stay."
