"The location is convenient, relatively close to downtown and the price was affordable. However, the hotel is in need of significant maintenance. I stayed for 4 nights, unfortunately on my last night, there was a mouse in my room, which I suspect may have entered through a hole in the wall near the heater. I reported the issue at checkout.
Overall, the hotel served its basic purpose as an affordable place to sleep that wasn’t too far from downtown. Staff is friendly :)"

"Not worth the money, I’d recommend a newer hotel, something more updated.
- comfortable beds
- great food at restaurant
- very outdated and old
- very small toilets (I’m not a large man by any means)
- very old shower and tub. Tub did not drain, was showering in shin high water
- hardly any water pressure
- parking lot elevator system confusing if parking on P2. Recommend parking in P1 if possible."

"Great stay, should probably have some kind of directions on how to use the tv. Was a little disappointed that when we ordered room service at the restaurant on the property that they had already took a tip and I added another without realizing that they taken one. Wasn't until after that I realized I gave an almost $40 tip in total. Breakfast was good."

"It’s a nice hotel and in a great location. Unfortunately, our room wasn’t cleaned one day. When they did clean it the following day, they didn’t leave behind the standard amenities like lotion. The staff were friendly but initially put us in a room facing another building when there were plenty of nicer rooms available (they moved us, but only when we asked if a better view was available). Small things, but when you pay a lot of money to stay there it’s nice when those small things are...
