"The entire hotel and room was extremely clean. The staff was so professional and helpful throughout. There are some cool and unique shops nearby, checked out Board and Brew and GrillMax, both were amazing. The hotel is business-friendly if you need that with lots of conference rooms and open spaces."

"The room and staff were great. Breakfast was exceptional. The hot tub had hot water but the jets didn’t work. Multiple people called the front desk but nothing was done and nobody from maintenance came to help."

"Room is decent, safe in the room is broken. they’re extremely under staff. Upon arrival I requested a microwave, I called and checked with them in person at the lobby for 4 times. It took them more than 3 hrs to deliver the microwave up to my room. I have to say the staff at front desk is helpful, however he’s the only person around if you need help. The main reason we picked this hotel is the indoor pool. When we get there just to find out the pool water is super cloudy and no one is using it. It seems like they did not do a good job in the maintenance and keep it clean. We were afraid and did not want to touch the water in the pool. It was such a big mistake to have booked this place. I would not be going back there again. "

"The hot tub and pool was amazing! The placement of the hotel was just what i wanted with being surrounded by local shops i got everything that i needed. The only down side was when the cable we t out for an hour due to a rain storm. And the breakfast chef's can stand to be less aggressive . I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!"
