Woke up to bed bug attached to my leg. Room cleaning did not include vacuuming or anything other than seats and towels. Seats had rips in them. Pipe burst in basement garage creating pool of water and hotel did nothing to repair.

Bathroom had no fan in shower area. Also no place to hang towels within reach of shower. Plenty of empty wall space for towel bars. Garage exit was at times inoperable causing multi-car pile up—waiting to get out —frustrating drivers @$24/day!!!!
