Check in fast and easy. Room is very updated and fresh. Bed very comfortable! Breakfast is a little bit of a let down with very few choices but coffee is hot and fresh. Only stayed a night while traveling and would stay again if in the area because the price is reasonable.

It was so refreshing to walk in to a clean professional looking building. The room was immaculate and everything was in excellent condition. Bed was so comfortable and lots of hot water!! Will stop here again.

Room layout was spacious and comfortable, all necessities provided or available at the front desk, basic breakfast available, friendly helpful staff, quiet location despite located right off I-80. Walmart is right across the street if you forget anything. Several restaurants within a mile.

We've stayed at the property many times before new ownership and this time it was like a whole new hotel. Renovated, modern conveniences(plenty of outlets and a wireless charger, huge flat screen tv, microwave, mini fridge). Breakfast was average but fine. Staff was welcoming and friendly. We'll make this our usual stop!

Overall, not a bad stay. The front desk clerk, Randy was very nice. He offered us cold water at check in. Unfortunately the elevator was out. There wasn’t a fridge in the room. The hot water was very hot. Plus side, the bed was comfortable. The room was clean. Definitely some opportunity at location. Seemed like they were understaffed. They were doing the best that they could. For the price, it was fine, only needed a room for stop over.

The rooms were clean, the evening front desk girl was very nice in appearance and personality. When we encountered a problem with the room, urine stained mattress on the pull out couch, she immediately took care of it. The desk helper in the morning was not attentive, as well as the breakfast bar had no coffee no spoons. They ran out of juice and milk, and we had to ask for cups and bagels. This was all by 8:00 a.m. . When asked for assistance, she told one family that’s not her job, but then she did go and get a couple of things. The garbage’s were overflowing and there was spilled food all over the floor and counters.

After staying in another well known hotel that was a total nightmare we were VERY happy with all aspects of our stay. We paid the same amount at the other hotel for one night. The staff was pleasant.(The other had very rude staff who ignored our complaints and concerns and we had to leave messages on the phone to communicate with them) The room was clean and had enough towels for two people (The other hotel had one towel and washcloth for two people). We had a good breakfast (The other hotel had breakfast advertised but there was NO breakfast) There was hot (water (the other had NO hot water at all) At the other hotel the toilet flushed all night. The Tv only had 3 channels (all in spanish) and there was black mold on the shower ceiling. Some of the electrical outlets did not work. Spark sure was a great treat and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you !!
