"Hotel is locate at Ottawa downtown area, very convenience. Staffs are friendly. We have 5 people and stay in a suite with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with laundry. Very comfortable stay. Only downside is the shapoo, conditioner and shower gel. They are so hard to squeeze. Should use the pump ones. Other than that, everything is good."

"It was expensive during the conference and honestly for the price we paid I expected better service and facilities. Better to have stayed in Downtown Ottawa and then take an Uber to the conference instead of staying here. And on top of that there's no breakfast included... the Hampton Inn next door included breakfast for cheaper!"

"I never had the breakfast. But it looked good My tv to watch hockey went out the first night i was there and never worked again. I was there for 2 nights. The place was clean. Bed was amazing. Great pillows and the blankets were to die for. The area was very quiet even though it was in the Market area. Just a block and a half from the bustling night life. (That I never went to)"

"Breakfast was excellent, parking is fine but you might get a spot closest to your room. There isn't an Elevator so if you have issues walking stairs or use a wheelchair definitely let them know so you can be booked on the first floor. "
