Good location in downtown area

Good location close to downtown, not the prettiest area of Cd. Valles, staff were very helpful and kind, the room was comfortable. The tour company Aris is around the block. Felt safe, they offer parking.

There’s a choice between the regular room or the next level. The difference is on the sheets and having a.view to the outside. There’s free tea or coffee and water on the hallways. The restaurant is small but good. Very traditional food. The only downside was no elevator. Right next to the main plaza.

Convienient location. Room and facilities very clean. Bathroom exhaust fan extremely noisy. Coffee and tea available at the front desk only. I stayed there to take a 4 day tour to la husteca potosina, first day I hadnt bought my own towel and I wasnt sure if I was going to find one so I took one of the towels provided in the room just in case I needed it, which I didnt need and returned the same day, but apparently it was a great deal because I got lectured and almost crucified. Only one towel left in my double room and I had to request and extra one the following days. Felt like the staff took this weird attitude. Fortunantely I dont think I was charged for the towel they thought I stole but I only borrowed.

Nice hotel!

Nice hotel! The roon is very spacious and the bathroom and shower have extra room. All staff are very frienly and helpful.

No, Mi experiencia es externa. El personal muy amable y gentil, el internet fallando muchisimo y la gente que se hospeda llega en masas gritando tarde en la noche y muy temprano igualmente. Entiendo el personal no puede controlar lo que hace la gente, ni el mal funcionamiento del internet.
