I was recently there for 13 days, and it was a great Experience. The rooms were small, but comfortable. The staff was really kind and helpful. And the breakfast was decent. The only thing I had a hard time with was the bed, was a little too stiff, but overall, I would recommend this to anyone having to go out there and stay for a week or two.

Very clean daily room service. Unfortunately the elevators don’t activate as easily with the cars the hotel assigns you and the door rooms also give you trouble with the cards. The breakfast is acceptable yet it would be nice to see a different variety there menu is usually Mexican salsa and eggs in different recipes. There is no silverware or sauces available after breakfast which ends at 11:00am. The free transportation is limited to a certain amount of people per day which is a bummer too you have to reserve. Besides that everything is very safe and the area is close to everything the consulate, mall and restaurants.

Increible staff, from the front desk they are very helpful and they happily answer every question you have, the kitchen ladys are so fun to talk to and they cook amazingly, the nopales are amazing, and cleaning ladys are so nice and lovely, we will miss everyone, 100% recommended. way waaayyy better than Maria Bonita Hotel where they treat you like you are begging for stuff and i won't ever recommended.

Loved that they clean your room everyday. They serve breakfast(chilaquiles every day) but they have other sides so it creates a decent variety. Their internet for their TVs doesn’t work so you can’t use the streaming apps. The staff is very friendly. They have on site laundry for $200 pesos (wash + dry, they give a pod and drying sheet per load). The location is great. Met great people while here.
