O hotel está MUITO velho, a manutenção é muito ruim. As pessoas são gentis e atenciosas, o café da manha é regular. O preço foi MUITO caro pelo que o hotel oferece. A localização é interessante. Longe da região de Ciudad del Est conHecida dos brasileiros. Viajar até o hotel nos permitiu conhecer parte moderna , limpa e bonita de Ciudad del Lest.

The hotel is located within a first class country

Unfortunately the hotel is not the liveliest I have been in. It lacks a dining room service, and hence no room service. Dining needs to be sought in nearby restaurants, which do not abound in the area. Besides, part of the facilities seems to be under renovation (or so I was told at the front desk).

Ao primeiro momento tivemos a pior experiência que alguém poderia passar - chegar no hotel e não ter sua reserva confirmada. O hotel tem a política de, apesar da confirmação da reserva feita pelo Hoteis.com, se você chegar após às 18h, sua reserva é cancelada. Não tivemos outra opção a não ser procurar um outro hotel para passar a primeira noite. Ao retornar ao hotel para os dias seguintes, toda a frustração da entrada foi recompensada. O hotel precisa de uma reforma, mas tem uma vista fenomenal para o Rio Paraná, é localizado em um lugar seguro, comodidades como piscina e café da manhã, sem contar a cordialidade dos funcionários e donos, que buscam o seu conforto. É um ambiente bem tranquilo para descansar, silencioso e bem familiar. Seguramente voltarei lá.

Elegant construction. Lovely view.

The sunrise and breakfast by the river make up for the fact that carpets are old in the rooms area, and toilets are noise due to age.

Traum Location im Grünen

Ich war jetzt schon mehrmals im Casablanca Hotel und muss sagen. Ich komme immer gerne wieder. Freundlicher mehrsprachiger Service, gutes Essen, Ruhe und Komfort. Trips zu den Iguassu Wasserfällen sind möglich. (beide Seiten zu empfehlen) Ausgang: nach Brasilien Einkaufen: Paraguay (Tax Free) Essen: Argentinien Alles in kürze erreichbar.

Serviço fantástico

Os funcionários do hotel são realmente muito gentis. O clima do hotel é bastante familiar e parece que estamos em uma casa de campo. Muito aconchegante!

Fine place in Cuidad del Este

Stayed here for a night just to check out Paraguay while visiting Iguazu Falls. Hotel is in a gated community that isn't all that close to downtown and due to bad weather, we didn't really explore much. The hotel staff spoke basically zero English, but was overall friendly.

Nice view

The hotel has a beautiful view of the Paraná River, and the attendants were nice. However, maybe because it was sunday, everything nearby, and in the city center was closed and the Hotel did not offer many options for dinner. We had to order delivery food. The room was clean but there was no many good toilet products. The administrator was very nice and could help us to reach the airport on time.

Wow - just wow

Staff were excellent. I had a fever and everyone (despite my lack of Spanish and their lack of English) made sure that I was comfortable and recovering well. The kitchen made me amazing freshly squeezed juices and even gave me some to take with me on my trip to see the waterfalls. I was also given some OTC medicine by the staff. As the country club is away from points of interest you will have to have or pay for transport - but the surroundings are wonderful. I highly recommend and am sure I will visit again in the future if I come back to see the waterfalls.

Ótima opção.

Acabei no Casa Blanca por não ter planejado o feriado de Páscoa, a cidade de Foz estava lotada. Que sorte!!! Peça um quarto na casa principal (são 3 casas e a primeira é a melhor). Vista maravilhosa às margens do rio Paraná, bairro de mansões, funcionários gentis e prestativos. De carro não se preocupe, entrar e sair do Paraguai é moleza. No check in me colocaram em um quarto na terceira casa, ruim, entrei em contato com o hotel.com que me manteve na linha enquanto resolvia meu problema. Espetacular, em poucos minutos resolveram meu problema. Obrigado!!!

Pésimo servicio

Disfrutamos de un hotel confortable ubicado en un barrio con vigilancia que nos dio mucha seguridad. Pésimo el servicio : quedamos sin cable a la hora de llegar. Solicitamos la reparación inmediatamente. Ni en el correr de esa tarde ni en todo el día siguiente lo repararon. Llamé al Gerente pasándole información sobre el servicio del cable (que no me correspondía hacerlo) para que agilitara el trámite. A las 21 hs fue a la habitación el Gerente y quiso conectar cables sin éxito. Nos dijo que volvería en un rato con un técnico y no sólo no volvió sino que ni siquiera nos llamó a la habitación para darnos una explicación !!! Al otro día recién lo repararon. Le solicité no pagar la cifra acordada por la habitación ya que no usamos nunca el cable por no tenerlo. No fue capaz de tener un mínimo gesto al respecto y nos cobró el importe total !!! Para colmo me querían cobrar las llamadas al servicio del cable que hice y que ellos debían haber hecho !!! Queremos destacar que el personal del hotel en todo momento fue correcto. Lamentable la actitud y la falta de competencia del Gerente Sr. D. M. !!! Nunca se presentó a dar la cara, sólo lo hizo bajo nuestra exigencia !!!
