"Our stay in Mexico City was fantastic\! Everything was exactly as described in the listing\. The property was clean, comfortable, well\-maintained, and in a great location\. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again\. The only downside was the communication through the app\. I had requested an early check\-in since our flight arrived at 8:00 a\.m\., and I kept checking the chat for an update but never received a response\. When someone finally replied, they asked for my email address and phone number so we could communicate directly, but unfortunately, they still failed to follow up or provide any updates\. Better communication would have made an otherwise excellent stay even better\. Overall, I highly recommend this property and would happily return\!"

"Our stay at Balcón del Zócalo exceeded every expectation. The hotel’s location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Mexico City’s Historic Center, with breathtaking views of the Zócalo and the Metropolitan Cathedral. The rooms were beautiful, spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. Every detail reflected the hotel’s commitment to quality and guest comfort. The restaurant was outstanding. The food was creative, delicious, and beautifully presented. Dining on the rooftop terrace while overlooking the Zócalo was truly one of the highlights of our trip. Every meal was an unforgettable experience. What truly made our stay special, however, was the exceptional hospitality. Every member of the staff was warm, professional, and genuinely dedicated to making our visit memorable.
